Jan K Kaminski

Jan’s focus is leadership and strategy.  He works with a company’s management team to help them better understand risks and opportunities while guiding them to be more effective leaders who set the course for success.

Steve Kaminski

Steve’s expertise is strategic planning and finance; and his goal is to stabilize a company’s balance sheet. He works closely with management teams to find new sources of capital and reallocate resources to help a company to grow and increase in value.

Ken Gibbins

Ken’s focus is financial reporting, accounting and administration.

Ken joined the Colonnade Group of companies in 2008 as assistant controller; developed property accounting expertise and later did  financial reporting for CMI and CRI.
